Community sources do not agree on the exact per-stack Retaliation bonus. and list the value as +10% Melee Damage per stack (matching this article's item-card text). and .com list the value as +15% per stack. Treat the bonus as somewhere in the +10% to +15% per-stack range until in-game verification confirms a single number; either way, the effect caps at three stacks and is removed when you take damage.
