Bacon and Eggs is a uncommon-tier cooked dish in Windrose. A basic two-ingredient breakfast. The first realistic Vitality food many players craft, ideal for early Coastal Jungle exploration before base systems are upgraded.

Buff Stacking Rule

Windrose allows exactly two active food buffs at once. Eating a third cooked dish overwrites the oldest active buff. Raw food still fills the hunger meter but grants no stat buff. See Food and Potions for the full ruleset.
