The English voice cast announced for Valor Mortis in September 2026 pairs seven actors with named characters. English is the only language listed with full audio; the other supported languages have interface text and subtitles.

The three central roles
William Dowsett is the player character, a volunteer in Napoleon's Grande Armée who returns from death with plague-linked powers. Napoleon speaks inside William's head through a mysterious bond. The Shrike leads resistance to the Empire in occupied Eastern Europe, and the launch overview says her voice joins Napoleon's there partway through the story.
James Alexander also narrates the September 30 gameplay overview, explaining the first-person combat, progression and branching level structure. Vincent Cassel's Napoleon credit was announced earlier, in June, and his voice was already present in the public demo.
Other named survivors
James Stewart was introduced as a fellow soldier and Lucjan Skawiński as a lamplighter in the August Story Trailer. Their September voice credits identify Will de Renzy-Martin and Mars Lipowski respectively. Captain Raphael and Louis Moreau are named in the cast reveal, but their quests, combat roles and allegiances have not been published. A character's appearance in this roster does not establish that the character is a boss or companion.
