The dish sells for 81 Coins, which is notably higher than selling the raw Water Spinach individually. Since one harvest of Water Spinach produces exactly 4 units (the full ingredient requirement), you can convert every single harvest directly into a cooked dish without needing anything else. You need to discover and open this chest before the recipe appears in your cooking menu. The recipe is categorized as an Exploration recipe, meaning it is not sold in any shop and cannot be earned through profession trials or quest rewards.

When exploring the area around Starsand Town, keep an eye out for treasure chests along the paths south and west of the kitchen building. Opening the correct chest will add Stir-Fried Water Spinach to your recipe book permanently.

The only ingredient is Water Spinach, a vegetable crop that grows during Summer. You need 4 Water Spinach per dish, which is exactly the yield from a single harvest. Here is how to obtain a steady supply.

• Seeds: Water Spinach Seeds are sold by Graminova at the Happiness Seed Shop for 65 Coins per seed bag. You need the Apprentice Farmer tier to unlock them.

• Season: Summer only (28 days per season).

• Plot type: Grows on both regular Farmland and Paddy Fields. Paddy Fields skip manual watering since the flooded soil handles irrigation automatically.

• Foraging: Water Spinach can occasionally be found while foraging, chopping trees, or clearing shrubs.

• Grinder recycling: At Senior Farmer tier, you can grind Water Spinach back into seeds using the Grinder, creating a self-sustaining seed supply.

• Everlasting Seeds: Once you obtain Everlasting Water Spinach Seeds, the plant regrows after each harvest without needing to replant, eliminating the ongoing 65 Coin seed cost entirely.

2. Replant immediately: Water Spinach matures in 1 day. Harvest and replant every morning to maximize the number of cycles within the 28-day Summer season.

3. Build multiple cooking stations: Each Gas Stove or Campfire can only cook one dish at a time (57 seconds per Stir-Fried Water Spinach). If you are processing a large harvest, having 3 to 4 cooking stations running in parallel speeds things up significantly.

4. Use sprinklers on Farmland: If you are planting on regular Farmland instead of Paddy Fields, equip sprinklers to automate watering. Daily replanting already takes time; automated watering removes one extra chore from the loop.
