Snowool is one of two Common Sheep variants in Starsand Island, alongside Ebowool. Classified under ID Sheep02, Snowool is the native white sheep breed that produces White Wool when sheared. Its in-game description calls it "a native breed of sheep" that "produces white wool when fully grown." Both Snowool and Ebowool can be purchased from Pastelle at Green Pasture Ranch and together they form the foundation for breeding all colored sheep variants.

Sheep with at least 150 Happiness Points have a chance of producing premium-quality Wool. Brushing, timely feeding, and a clean barn all raise happiness. Standard White Wool sells for approximately 20 Coins; premium quality sells for more.
Snowool is one of the two essential starting sheep for any colored sheep breeding program. Pair one Snowool with one Ebowool (opposite genders) at the Selective Breeding House. This Snowool-Ebowool cross can produce Duswool, Fluffwool, or Blue Sheep. From there, continued breeding yields any of the seven colored variants (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Cyan, Blue, Purple) and the Super Rare Cloud Sheep.
White Wool from Snowool feeds into the full textile crafting chain. Process it at the Spinning Wheel into thread, weave it at the Loom into white fabric, and sew finished clothing and accessories at the Sewing Table. The Loom, Spinning Wheel, and Sewing Table blueprints are all available at the Starter tier from Zerine's General Store, so you can set up the full textile chain early.
Buy one Snowool and one Ebowool as soon as you reach Intermediate Rancher to start breeding colored variants right away.
Sheep Milk from Snowool can be processed into Sheep Cheese Block, which is the favorite food of Octa the fox pet.
The Electric Shearer costs 800 Coins and is required to harvest wool from any sheep. Budget for it alongside your first sheep purchase.
All sheep variants, including Snowool, are rideable. They provide a budget mount option before you unlock horses, alpacas, or ostriches.
