Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Tactics

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Tactics is a single-player turn-based tactics game from Ubisoft Paris, revealed at Gamescom Opening Night Live on August 25, 2026. Players command Paul Bishop, the Rainbow Six: Vegas protagonist now leading the Rainbow team, through missions covering hostage rescue, bomb defusal, capture and elimination. Each mission runs in three phases: a real-time reconnaissance pass to read the map, a synchronised four-operator breach, then turn-based combat once the room goes loud. Fifteen operators carry over from Rainbow Six Siege with their gadgets and abilities intact and gain full skill trees, environments stay destructible so fresh sightlines can be cut, and over 45 handcrafted locations rotate procedurally placed enemies and objectives. Squads are upgraded between missions using recovered intelligence, and an optional permadeath mode is available. The story is set during the tenth and eleventh years of Siege. It is due in 2027 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
