Tent Kit is an event-exclusive Kit item in Pokemon Pokopia, introduced during the Sableye's Gem Hunt event (April 29 - May 14, 2026). When constructed, it produces a pre-built 3x3 tile tent that functions as a single-Pokemon house, similar to the Leaf Den or Orange Hut early-game starter houses.
In-game description: "Gather some Pokemon and build away This makes a house that repels rain and wind. Great for camping!"
Property | Value |
|---|---|
Category | Kit |
Cost in Event Shop | |
Footprint when built | 3x3 tiles |
Capacity | 1 Pokemon resident |
Weather protection | Rain and wind |

Buying the Tent Kit at the event shop only gives you the unbuilt kit item. To turn it into a usable tent, place the kit in the world and then provide construction materials and Pokemon helpers:
Requirement | Amount |
|---|---|
20 | |
20 | |
Iron Ingots | 20 |
Pokemon Helpers | 4 (1 with Build specialty and 1 with Search specialty required) |
Construction proceeds like other building kits. Drop the kit, drop the materials nearby, and ask helpers to construct. The build completes at the next 5:00 AM in-game day reset, or faster if Tinkmaster is one of the helpers.
During the Sableye's Gem Hunt event, exchange 10 Red Crystal Fragments per Tent Kit at the Pokemon Center shop counter where Sableye has set up. The shop has unlimited stock.
After May 14, 2026, the only way to get more Tent Kits is via the 3D Printer by photographing one before the event window closes.
House Kit | Footprint | Aesthetic | Materials |
|---|---|---|---|
Tent Kit | 3x3 | Camping / outdoor | |
Leaf Den | 3x3 | Natural / leafy | Lumber + Leaves |
Orange Hut | 3x3 | Wooden / rustic |
All three are 3x3 single-resident shelters. The Tent Kit's distinct camping look makes it especially fitting for outdoor or expedition-themed builds.
The Tent Kit is the only event item that produces a habitable structure, so it is the most consequential single purchase in the Sableye event lineup.
Stockpile 20 Iron Ingots before the event ends so you can actually finish building the tent. Iron is more limited than Twine or Vine Rope for most players at this stage.
Place the Tent Kit near the Treasure-Hunting Set habitat so Sableye has both a habitat and a house once it moves in after the event ends.
Photograph the Tent Kit before May 14, 2026 if you want to print more copies after the event closes. Multiple tents make for a believable campsite aesthetic.
Pokemon Helpers must include 1 Build specialty and 1 Search specialty Pokemon to start construction. The remaining 2 helpers can be any specialty.
