Happiny is a Normal-type Pokemon in Pokemon Pokopia, classified as the Playhouse Pokemon (Dex #100). It is a small, round creature that carefully carries a white rock it believes to be an egg. Happiny is part of the Chansey family, which also includes Blissey. While there is no evolution mechanic in Pokopia, all three members of the family can be found independently across different habitats. Happiny carries the Trade specialty, letting it exchange items at cash registers.
Happiny can be found at two habitats, both located in Palette Town.
The Alarm Clock Sleep Zone is a cozy sleeping habitat that attracts Happiny as its primary visitor.

Both of Happiny's habitats are located in Palette Town. Palette Town becomes accessible after progressing through the main story and unlocking additional islands. Once you reach Palette Town, build either habitat to attract Happiny.
To befriend Happiny, build the Alarm Clock Sleep Zone or Working the Register habitat in Palette Town by placing the required furniture items near each other. After a short wait, Happiny will appear. Walk up and interact with it to add Happiny to your island.
Happiny has the Trade specialty. Pokemon with this specialty can exchange items with the player at a cash register. When a cash register is placed near Happiny's habitat, it will occasionally staff the register and offer items for trade. This makes Happiny a useful Pokemon for setting up shop areas on your island.

Happiny belongs to a three-stage family alongside Chansey (Dex #101) and Blissey (Dex #102). In the main Pokemon series, Happiny evolves into Chansey when leveled up while holding an Oval Stone during the day, and Chansey evolves into Blissey through high friendship. In Pokopia, there is no evolution mechanic, so each member must be found at its own habitat independently.
Happiny is one of the easier Pokemon to find in Palette Town since it appears as a Common visitor at both of its habitats.
If you need a Trade Pokemon early in Palette Town, Happiny is a solid option thanks to its low habitat requirements.
