Flaaffy is an Electric-type Pokemon in Pokemon Pokopia, classified as the Wool Pokemon (Dex #112). Due to storing too much electricity, Flaaffy has developed patches where even downy wool will not grow. Flaaffy is the middle stage of the Mareep and Ampharos family. It carries two specialties: Litter (producing Fluff) and Generate, making it a dual-purpose Pokemon for resource gathering and powering machines.
Flaaffy can be found at two habitats.

Flaaffy is a Rare visitor at the Knitting Station. It shares this habitat with Mareep. Available at all times and in all weather.
Both habitats can be placed in any area. The Raichu Sign for the Night Festival Venue is found in Sparkling Skylands, on top of the metal and scrap blocks east of the Pokemon Center, near a water body with a canoe. The Knitting Supplies for the Knitting Station can be found at Bleak Beach near the central waterway.
The Night Festival Venue is the recommended habitat for finding Flaaffy since it spawns as Common there. Place two Balloons and a Raichu Sign near each other to create the habitat. Walk up and interact with Flaaffy when it appears.
Flaaffy has the Litter specialty. Pokemon with the Litter specialty continuously drop useful items near their habitat. Flaaffy produces Fluff as its Litter resource, the same material as Mareep. Fluff is used in various crafting recipes, especially for soft furniture and fabric items. Litter Pokemon do not need any input to produce items; they generate resources passively.
Flaaffy also has the Generate specialty. Pokemon with this specialty power nearby machines in their free time. This makes Flaaffy especially versatile: it can both produce Fluff and keep electrical appliances running. Having Flaaffy stationed near Vending Machines or streetlights ensures they stay powered.

"As a result of storing too much electricity, it developed patches where even downy wool won't grow."
Flaaffy is the middle stage of a three-member family that includes Mareep (Dex #111) and Ampharos (Dex #113). In the main Pokemon series, Mareep evolves into Flaaffy at level 15, and Flaaffy evolves into Ampharos at level 30. In Pokopia, all three must be found at their own habitats. Flaaffy shares the Knitting Station habitat with Mareep. Both Mareep and Flaaffy have the Litter specialty (producing Fluff) and the Generate specialty.
Flaaffy's dual Litter and Generate specialties make it an excellent all-around Electric-type Pokemon. It passively produces Fluff while also keeping machines powered.
Use the Night Festival Venue for easier encounters since Flaaffy is Common there. The Knitting Station is useful if you also want to find Mareep.
Fluff produced by Flaaffy and Mareep is the same material, so having both Pokemon stationed near each other doubles your passive Fluff supply.
Other Generate Pokemon include Elekid, Electabuzz, Electivire, and Ampharos.
