Overview

Burn is a Pokemon Specialty in Pokemon Pokopia. Pokemon with the Burn specialty can set fire to flammable objects and power smelting furnaces used to process ores into ingots. Burn is essential for processing iron, copper, and Pokemetal into their refined forms.

What It Does

• Powers smelting furnaces to convert raw ore into ingots

• Lights campfires and ovens for cooking and warmth

• Lights flammable terrain or objects on demand

• Powers up the Rock Smash move when a Burn Pokemon is nearby (with the right food)

• Charmander

• Charizard

• Growlithe

• Magby

• Torchic

• Scorbunny

• Vulpix

• Cyndaquil

Tips

• Befriend at least one Burn Pokemon early in the game (Charmander or Growlithe in Withered Wasteland) to unlock smelting.

• Place the Burn Pokemon's habitat near the smelting furnace so they automatically power it during their idle time.

• Stockpile fuel materials and ores to take advantage of passive smelting; the Burn Pokemon will keep processing while you do other tasks.
