Game Pass and Xbox Play Anywhere
Persona 4 Revival is available day one on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. The game also supports Xbox Play Anywhere, meaning a single digital purchase through the Microsoft Store covers both the Xbox Series X|S and PC versions, with shared saves and achievements between the two. The PlayStation 5 listing adds Remote Play support, DualSense vibration support and Game Help, and lists the title as single-player. Its accessibility entry covers basic controller remapping, adjustable difficulty, subtitles and captions, game pausing, manual saving, and play without rapid button presses or motion controls.
Release Date
Persona 4 Revival launches worldwide on February 18, 2027, with the date announced during a June 2026 Xbox Games Showcase. The launch is simultaneous across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, and pre-orders opened alongside the announcement. The date sits within publisher Sega Sammy's fiscal year 2027 (April 2026 through March 2027), the window the company had previously pointed to in its financial guidance. Reported development milestones had targeted a core-build completion around the end of August 2026, excluding localization work. Publisher Sega Sammy's own quarterly materials list the game among the key titles launching in the final quarter of that fiscal year.
Content Rating
Persona 4 Revival carries a Mature 17+ rating from the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB), shown on its official store listing. The rating was added to the storefront ahead of the game's wider 2026 marketing push. In Japan the game carries a CERO B rating, meaning it is suitable for ages 12 and over, and a Korean rating from the Game Rating and Administration Committee was issued earlier in 2026 as well. The regional marks differ because each board applies its own criteria to the same content.
The ESRB content descriptors listed for Persona 4 Revival are:
Rating | Content Descriptors |
|---|---|
Mature 17+ | Mild Blood, Violence, Sexual Themes, Partial Nudity, Strong Language, Alcohol Reference |
Editions and Pricing
Persona 4 Revival is sold in several digital and physical editions, with pre-orders open across storefronts following the June 2026 announcement. Prices below are the North American listings; equivalent regional pricing applies elsewhere.
Edition | Price (USD) | Contents |
|---|---|---|
Digital Standard | $69.99 | Base game plus the pre-order bonus when ordered early. |
Digital Deluxe | $84.99 | Base game, the Velvet costume set, and additional Persona sets drawn from Persona 3 Reload and Persona 5 Royal. |
Digital Premium | $99.99 | Everything in Deluxe plus extra costume sets and the Persona 3 Reload and Persona 5 Royal background-music sets. |
Physical Standard | $69.99 | Boxed base game. Physical copies are produced for PlayStation 5 only; there is no boxed Xbox Series X|S or PC release. |
Physical Collector's Edition | $249.99 | Base game, an artbook, a steelbook case, a keycaps and keychain set, a Protagonist and Izanagi statue, and downloadable costume, Persona, and music content. |
Pre-Order Bonus: Pre-ordering on any platform before launch grants the P3R & P5R Extra BGM Set, a collection of tracks from Persona 3 Reload and Persona 5 Royal that can be selected in-game. The bonus is available for orders placed by February 17, 2027.
Japanese and Asian editions follow the same tier structure under regional names. The Japanese standard edition, physical or digital, is listed at 9,900 yen, with the Digital Deluxe Edition at 11,880 yen and the Digital Premium Edition at 13,640 yen.
Limited Box Editions
Alongside the standard tiers, Atlus sells a boxed collector's line for PlayStation 5 in Japan and across Asia. The contents are shared between regions, with the figure edition sold through the publisher's own store in Japan.
Edition | Price | Contents |
|---|---|---|
Limited Box | 18,480 yen / 154.9 SGD | A Shigenori Soejima designer box, a Midnight Channel phone pouch, an exclusive T-shirt, a 48-page art book, the Velvet Costumes Set, and the physical base game. |
Limited Box, Izanagi Edition | 32,780 yen / 259.9 SGD | Everything in the Limited Box plus a painted protagonist and Izanagi figure measuring roughly 160 mm wide, 250 mm tall, and 190 mm deep including its base and weapon. |
Standard edition with figure | 24,200 yen | The physical base game bundled with the same protagonist and Izanagi figure, without the Limited Box extras. |
The game itself is rated for ages 12 and over in Japan, but the boxed editions are labelled for ages 15 and over because of the items packed with them.
Pre-Order Bonus Contents
Ordering before launch adds the P3R & P5R Extra BGM Set, a group of six tracks that can be selected in place of the game's own music:
Track | Slot |
|---|---|
Basement (P3R version) | Dungeon music |
The Whims of Fate | Dungeon music |
Heartful Cry | Boss battle music |
Will Power | Normal battle music |
After the Battle (P3R version) | Victory jingle |
Triumph | Victory jingle |
The digital bonus is tied to orders placed before the end of February 17, 2027 in the local time zone. The physical version carries the same bonus while stocks last rather than to a fixed date.
Language Support
Persona 4 Revival is listed to support fifteen languages at launch:
Japanese
English
Simplified Chinese
Traditional Chinese
Korean
Russian
French
German
Spanish (Spain)
Spanish (Latin America)
Italian
Polish
Portuguese (Brazil)
Thai
Turkish
Text and subtitles are available in all fifteen. Spoken audio is a shorter list: Japanese and English at launch, with Simplified Chinese audio scheduled to follow in a post-launch update. The English voice cast has been recast with new actors in primary roles. See the Voice Cast page for the confirmed lineup.
Unconfirmed Platforms
A Nintendo Switch 2 version of Persona 4 Revival has not been announced or confirmed. Only the three platforms listed above have been officially confirmed.
A Note on the Listed Date
Atlus and Sega state February 18, 2027 across the official site, the announcement press release and the publisher's financial filings, and that is the date this wiki uses. The Steam listing currently shows February 17, 2027 in every region checked, which is one day earlier. The pre-order bonus deadline is also worded as the end of February 17, so the storefront date appears to track the point at which the game unlocks rather than the announced launch day. Treat the official February 18 date as authoritative until a storefront correction says otherwise.
