Version 1.3 "Rising from the Moonlit Fog" runs its gacha rotation in two phases across roughly six weeks. Phase 1 opened with the Version 1.3 Update on August 19, 2026 and pairs a debut with a rerun. Phase 2 is scheduled to take over on September 9. Both phases use the same Limited Board format the game has used since launch.
Phase 1: August 19 to September 9
Board | Featured S-Class | Esper | Status | Featured Arc | Arc Program |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
"Alluring Shadows" | Debut | "Spellbound Special" | |||
"The Ichi-daime" | Rerun | "Tiger Special" |
Both boards close at 05:59 (UTC+8) on September 9, and both carry the same A-Class pool: Mint, Edgar and Adler. Access to either board requires clearing the main story quest "Prologue - A New Destination - Head to Eibon Antique Shop".
Alluring Shadows
The debut board for Zankou also carries three cosmetics: the "Scarlet Sash" glider livery, the "Sandy Mirage" livery for the Sirocco vehicle, and Zankou’s "Autumn Vignette" outfit. The board runs on Solid Dice or the board-specific Alluring Dice.
The companion "Alluring Perks" event tracks cumulative rolls on this board. You can either claim the cosmetics outright at milestones or land on their tiles earlier through normal rolling.
Cumulative Rolls | Reward Track |
|---|---|
50 | First Alluring Perks milestone |
120 | Second Alluring Perks milestone |
200 | Final Alluring Perks milestone, all board cosmetics claimable |
First-party notes are explicit that Zankou is available only from this board, with no other acquisition route planned at this time.
The Ichi-daime
The rerun board brings back Nanally with the "Underboss-of-the-Underboss" glider livery, the "Tiger Incoming!" M1000 livery, and her "Phoenix Kick" outfit. Its milestone track is called "Tiger Perks" and uses the same 50, 120 and 200 roll thresholds.
Perks progress is tracked per board and does not cross over. Rolls on "Alluring Shadows" do not advance Tiger Perks, and vice versa. Progress does carry forward between boards that share the same name, so a future Ichi-daime rerun would resume where you left off.
Board Rules
The Limited Board is a track-and-tile system rather than a straight pull. A roll moves your piece 1 to 6 tiles with equal probability, and you claim whatever the landing tile shows.
Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
Shared progress | All Limited Boards share one S-Class pity counter, one Points Gift track, and one Board Modification track |
Baseline state | Every board starts in Baseline |
Soft pity | If the featured S-Class has not dropped within 70 consecutive rolls, the board upgrades to Modified (rate up) |
Reset | Obtaining the featured S-Class returns the board to Baseline |
Hard pity | If still unobtained after 89 rolls, the 90th roll grants the featured S-Class automatically and your piece does not move |
Guarantee | The featured S-Class character is guaranteed within 90 rolls |
Skin Perks | Time-limited and exclusive to each board. "Alluring Shadows" carries Daily Outfit, Mod Up! (Livery) and Fashion Center |
Because the pity counter is shared, rolls spent on the Nanally rerun still build toward the guarantee you would cash in on Zankou, and vice versa. Newer players planning a start should read the Reroll Guide before committing dice.
Arc Research Programs
Signature Arcs sit on a separate track from characters. Version 1.3 runs two programs in parallel, both open for the same August 19 to September 9 window and both gated behind the same story unlock.
Program | Arc | Class | Currency |
|---|---|---|---|
"Spellbound Special" | Limited S-Class Gas | Tri-Keys or Spellbound Keys | |
"Tiger Special" | Limited S-Class Plasma | Tri-Keys or Tiger Keys |
Each Arc is currently obtainable only through its own program. Ravenous Blade is the Gas-type companion to Zankou’s kit, carrying the flavour line "Where fear takes hold, death is never far behind." For the wider catalogue, see the Arcs Database and Arcs and Weapons.
Phase 2: September 9 to September 30
The second phase has been announced but had not gone live as of this writing, and the details below are drawn from community tracking rather than a published first-party board page. Treat them as provisional until the official event notice appears.
Board | Featured S-Class | Esper | Status | Featured Arc |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Second-phase debut board | Debut | |||
Second-phase rerun board | Rerun | Not yet confirmed |
Community tracking lists Linko as an S-Class Anima character with a Plasma Arc type, associated with the Bureau of Anomaly Control, and expected on September 9. Her first-meet line has circulated as "Bzzt, bzzt! Appraiser, do you copy? This is Linko from ETD-6, executing Operation Play Date!" None of her kit numbers are confirmed in a first-party source yet.
Roster Context
Adding Zankou brings the playable roster to 15 S-Class characters alongside the 6 A-Class characters available since launch, and Linko would push that to 16 S-Class in September. No first-party source publishes a running roster total, so these counts are community tallies rather than confirmed figures. The Characters (Espers) Guide and the Tier List track the current lineup.
