Overview
Voice of the Voyager is an S-Class Plasma Arc associated with Linko, the S-Class Anima character scheduled for the second phase of Version 1.3 "Rising from the Moonlit Fog".
This page covers content that has not yet gone live. Version 1.3 launched on August 19, 2026 with its first phase. Voice of the Voyager belongs to the second phase, which is expected to open on September 9, 2026. The Version 1.3 patch notes published before launch detail only the first phase, and the Arc's effects were confirmed as not revealed during the pre-launch program. Everything below the stat line should be treated as provisional until the Arc is playable and an official patch note describes it.
What is established is the Arc's frame: it is S-Class, its type is Plasma, and its advanced attribute is Crit Rate. Unlike the Phase 1 Arc Ravenous Blade, which is a pure on-field carry piece, the effect profile attached to Voice of the Voyager points at a support role, scaling Support Skill and Ultimate damage rather than sustained basic attack output.
Flavor Text
"The languages engraved upon it remain indecipherable. Yet their message is clear enough: somewhere in the cosmos, we are not alone."
The text ties the Arc to broadcast and signal imagery, which matches Linko's presentation. She is an agent of ETD-6 within the Bureau of Anomaly Control and fights alongside Xiaozhen, an anomaly partner that takes the form of a television-headed backpack.
Stats
Voice of the Voyager uses the standard S-Class stat line, with ATK as the base attribute and Crit Rate as the advanced attribute. These figures match the other limited S-Class Arcs in the pool.
Level | ATK | Crit Rate |
|---|---|---|
Lv. 80 | 570 | 24.0% |
Because the raw stat line is shared across limited S-Class Arcs, the entire practical difference between Voice of the Voyager and its peers sits in the passive. Full comparisons are on the S-Class Arcs listing and the Arcs Database.
Reported Passive Effect
Unconfirmed. The values in this section have circulated ahead of the Arc's release but have not appeared in an official patch note, and they may change before the second phase opens. Do not plan a build around them yet.
The passive attributed to the Arc, under the localized name "Golden Record", has three parts. It grants a flat ATK increase, a large increase to the wearer's Support Skill Crit DMG, and a stacking Ultimate Crit DMG buff that builds when the wearer deals damage with a Support Skill. Stacks are short, lasting 3 seconds and capping at 3, with re-triggering resetting the duration rather than extending it.
Refinement | ATK | Support Skill Crit DMG | Ultimate Crit DMG per Stack | Ultimate Crit DMG at 3 Stacks |
|---|---|---|---|---|
R1 | 24% | 66% | 22% | 66% |
R2 | 30% | 82.5% | 27.5% | 82.5% |
R3 | 36% | 99% | 33% | 99% |
R4 | 42% | 115.5% | 38.5% | 115.5% |
R5 | 48% | 132% | 44% | 132% |
If these numbers hold, the Arc would be a burst-enabler rather than a sustained damage piece. The short 3-second stack window means the wearer has to land Support Skill damage and then immediately follow into an Ultimate to convert the buff, which is a tighter rotation requirement than the 15-second window on Ravenous Blade.
Expected Role
The effect profile points at a character who uses Support Skills as a regular part of their rotation and finishes with a high-multiplier Ultimate. That is a narrower requirement than a generic ATK Arc, and it means the Arc is unlikely to be a good default pick for an on-field carry that rarely swaps.
Consideration | Notes |
|---|---|
Best case | A character whose Support Skill deals damage and whose Ultimate is the main share of their output, letting both halves of the passive apply in the same window. |
Poor fit | Sustained basic attack carries, who would gain the ATK bonus but leave the Support Skill and Ultimate portions largely unused. |
Open question | Whether Linko is built as a damage dealer, a support, or a hybrid. Her combat role has not been confirmed, so signature-Arc synergy cannot be assumed yet. |
Until the phase opens, treat the pairing with Linko as an expectation drawn from the release schedule rather than a confirmed synergy. Signature Arcs in this game generally match their character, but the specific numbers and the character's kit both remain unverified.
How to Obtain
Expected acquisition follows the pattern set by earlier limited Arcs: a dedicated Arc Research Program running in parallel with the character board, funded by Tri-Key and a program-specific key type, and available only for the duration of that phase.
Detail | Status |
|---|---|
Phase | Version 1.3 Phase 2 |
Expected window | September 9, 2026 to September 30, 2026, 05:59 (UTC+8) |
Paired board | "Surfing All Channels!", featuring Linko |
Program | Not yet announced |
Currency | Not yet announced, expected to follow the Tri-Key plus limited-key pattern |
Confirmation | Unconfirmed until the Phase 2 patch note is published |
The Phase 1 window, covering Zankou and Ravenous Blade, closes on September 9, 2026 at 05:59 (UTC+8), and Phase 2 is expected to begin as it ends. Players saving for this Arc should hold currency through the end of Phase 1 rather than spending it on the earlier programs.
Planning Notes
Do not pre-farm ascension materials specifically for this Arc. The material set has not been confirmed, and the Version 1.3 Phase 1 Arc uses the standard S-Class progression.
Hold Tri-Key reserves if you intend to chase the Phase 2 Arc, since limited programs do not carry over between phases.
Re-check the passive values once the phase opens. Provisional numbers for unreleased content have shifted before, and refinement decisions are difficult to reverse.
Compare against what you already own on the S-Class Arcs page before committing. A confirmed Arc that fits your roster is usually a better spend than an unconfirmed one.
