Overview
GeForce NOW is a cloud gaming service that lets players stream Neverness to Everness from remote servers instead of running it locally. Support was confirmed in the Version 1.1 "Dreamwalk Corridor" announcements and went live in June 2026, alongside the planned Steam, Epic Games Store, and Galaxy Store releases scheduled for July 2026. Because the game is free-to-play, there is no separate purchase: anyone with a cloud gaming membership can launch it and log in with a Perfect World account.
Cloud streaming is most useful for players whose hardware falls below the game's PC or Mac requirements, or who want to play on a device that has no native client. The game still runs at its full settings on the remote machine, and only video and inputs travel over the connection.
How to Launch NTE on GeForce NOW
Launching the game from the cloud follows the standard service flow:
Search for NTE inside the GeForce NOW app or the browser version, then select Play.
On first launch, register or sign in with a Perfect World account directly from the in-stream prompt. No separate store purchase is needed because the game is free-to-play.
The session starts streaming once a server slot is assigned. Save data is tied to the account through cross-platform play, so progress carries across the cloud and any native client.
Supported Devices
Members can play through the dedicated app on Windows PC, Mac, and Chromebook, or through the browser version using Chrome or Edge on PC, Mac, and Chromebook. This effectively extends the game to hardware that the native clients do not target, such as lower-spec laptops and Chromebooks.
Membership Tiers
GeForce NOW offers both a free tier and paid membership tiers. They differ in per-session play time, streaming quality, and queue priority, so paid members generally get longer uninterrupted sessions, higher resolution and frame-rate ceilings, and shorter waits for a server. The game itself remains free-to-play regardless of which tier is used.
Graphics Settings Caveat
As of the launch on the service, GeForce NOW does not apply game-specific graphics presets, so the game streams with its own default settings. After launching, open the in-game graphics settings menu and adjust the options manually to match the streaming experience you want. This is a one-time setup that the service does not handle on the player's behalf.
