Neverness to Everness is built on Unreal Engine 5 and launches on April 29, 2026 across PC, PlayStation 5, iOS, Android, and Mac with full cross-platform support. Because the game uses advanced rendering features including Nanite virtualized geometry, ray tracing, and path tracing, the hardware requirements are higher than many other titles in the gacha RPG space. An SSD is strongly recommended for both minimum and recommended configurations. The game's open-world streaming relies on fast storage access, and an HDD will result in noticeable pop-in and longer loading times. During the CBT2 beta test, the install size was approximately 35 GB. The officially published launch specs list a 45 GB install at the minimum tier with an additional 45 GB reserved temporarily during decompression (peaking around 90 GB), and a 45 GB SSD install at the recommended tier.

The launch roadmap confirmed that ray tracing and Lumen would receive additional optimization and fixes following beta feedback. The iPhone 12 Pro is the minimum supported device, meaning standard iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Mini are not compatible due to their lower RAM allocation. iPad compatibility has not been officially detailed, though iPads with A14 Bionic or newer chips and sufficient RAM should be capable of running the game.

The temporary decompression reserve is released once the install completes, so the long-term footprint on disk is the 45 GB client figure once the temporary reserve is freed. SSD storage is strongly recommended; the seamless open-world streaming across Hethereau's districts relies on fast random-read access and an HDD installation produces visible pop-in during fast traversal and longer interior-to-exterior transitions.
The Mainland China client supports PC (Windows), Apple Mac, iOS, Android, HarmonyOS (鸿蒙), and PlayStation 5, with PlayStation 5 Pro enhancement active on the Pro hardware revision. The global client supports PC (Windows), Apple Mac, iOS, Android, and PlayStation 5 with the same PlayStation 5 Pro enhancement, but does not include a HarmonyOS client at launch. No Xbox Series X/S client is confirmed for either region at launch.
