The career was announced as part of the September 2026 update in the 2026 Roadmap Part 1 letter published on December 26, 2025. As of April 25, 2026, the feature has not yet shipped on the live build (v0.7.5) and remains in active development.

55 The Taxi Driver Career is bundled with broader Vehicle Repair content. Both the call-taxi player feature and the taxi-driver-as-employer side ship in the same update, creating a complete taxi ecosystem where Zois can hail rides as customers or work as drivers professionally.
