Updated every platform to the March 9, 2027 launch and added the ESRB Mature 17+ rating with its descriptors
Grave Seasons is scheduled to release on March 9, 2027 across PC and home consoles. This page collects the confirmed platform, availability, and language details for the game.
The game launches simultaneously on the following platforms. The original August 14, 2026 date was pushed back to a Fall 2026 window during development, and on September 30, 2026 the studio set a new date of March 9, 2027 for every platform. The extra time went to console porting, which the studio is finishing with a porting partner, and to optimization so the game runs well on Nintendo Switch and on a wider range of PC hardware.

The Steam store lists a 64-bit processor and operating system as required. Specific OS and hardware details are marked TBD and have not been finalized as of the latest available information.
In North America the game is rated M (Mature 17+) by the ESRB, with the descriptors Blood and Gore, Strong Language and Violence. The rating appears on the Steam and Xbox listings and on the publisher's own page for the game, although the PlayStation listing still showed it as pending in mid-October 2026. The store's separate mature content notice carries a single descriptor, General Mature Content, with no further explanation from the studio. Regional boards that have generated a rating for the listing disagree on how strict it needs to be, and the descriptors they cite give a closer breakdown of the game's content:
Region | Age Rating | Cited Content |
|---|---|---|
Brazil | 14 | Inappropriate language, violence, legal drugs |
Germany | 16 | Drastic violence, alcohol and tobacco, crude language |
Indonesia | 18 | Cigarettes and electronic cigarettes, alcoholic drinks, narcotics, psychotropics and other addictive substances, violence, horror |
The spread reflects how each board weighs the same material rather than any difference between regional builds. The higher ratings key off the substance and language content as much as the supernatural killings themselves. None of those three regional ratings triggers an age check on its own.
