Thirsty Farmers starts when Lefty confronts the Hero in the New Camp ricefields. Agreeing means serving the farmers; refusing starts a fight. Keep clear of his position until ready if an early fight would be too difficult.

Serve the water

Ulmar waits by the nearby shacks and supplies ten waters. Give one to each farmer until the journal updates, then report to Lefty. Agreeing to continue makes the service a recurring obligation. Refusing at this point still leads to combat.

End Lefty's demands

Prepare a usable weapon and training before challenging him. Losing allows Lefty to take valuables, including ore nuggets. Defeat him, then speak to him after the fight so the quest completion is recorded and the daily demands stop.

Completion awards 300 XP. His Bloodfly Sting can be looted while he is unconscious. Killing him is unnecessary for ending the water-serving obligation.

The ricefield jobs also sit near the route for Admission to the New Camp.
