11Patch 1.0.2 is a post-launch update for Gothic 1 Remake released on June 19, 2026, two weeks after launch and one day after the FSR and Audio Hotfix. It is the larger patch the studio had said was in development, and it ships across all platforms. After it installs, the build version shown in the bottom-right corner of the Settings screen reads CL169494, which confirms the update applied.
