Peter is a playable character in Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave and a friend of Cai from Ribeira Village, where the two were raised close enough to be brothers. He joins Cai for the Heroic Games as part of Ribeira Winds and is available from the first chapter of the Fox route. He is a natural shot with a bow, and gentle enough that it holds him back.

Cai's Brother in All but Blood

Peter grew up alongside Cai in the same village and the two were brought up as brothers rather than as neighbours. When Cai enters the Games, Peter goes with him, joining the clan in the opening chapter alongside Tialla. He is one of the few characters whose age is published, at fifteen, the same rough age as Mu on Leda's side; the two of them share a scene in which Peter recruits her to help carry a stranger's luggage and entirely fails to notice she is not the boy she is dressed as.

Personality

Peter is kind and timid, and the timidity is what stops him showing what he can really do with a bow. His eyesight is remarkable: he can pick out stars in a bright sky. Off duty he watches clouds and eats, and he misses his mother's cooking.

In Battle

Nintendo's profile calls him a crack shot with a bow who can use combat arts to hit distant foes, and his personal skill is the mechanism behind that. Sharpshooter extends the range of his combat arts, letting him strike from further out than the weapon alone allows. His showcase names a combat art called Vital Shot and a beast slaying bow called the Hunter's Bow, and a Dexterity skill sits on his list alongside the personal one. Standing him next to Ultand brings up a support prompt on the map in the same footage. No stats have been published for him.

His name is Pieter in Japanese, the Dutch form of Peter, and the English release uses the shorter form. His father has never been mentioned. The roster material lists him among possible opponents on other Heroes' routes, but those entries are unconfirmed and are not treated as boss appearances here.
