11 The Ice Shatter build is one of the four officially showcased Fatekeeper builds. It is named for the Shatter mechanic: when a frozen enemy is struck with a blunt weapon, they are crushed in a single hit. The build's design philosophy is to make freezing as cheap and frequent as possible so the blunt weapon can do the killing.
