Added the campaign opening premise: the Pinnacle returning from a diplomatic mission to Ganymede, and the early chapter beats
Titan Rising is the primary narrative campaign of Falling Frontier. It follows Titan's continued fight for independence against domination by Mars. The campaign is structured in three acts and is planned to run for approximately thirty hours when complete.
Act | Setting | Status |
|---|---|---|
Act 1 | Saturn's planetary system (Sol system) | Available at Early Access launch; approximately ten hours of content |
Act 2 | Sol system | To be added during Early Access |
Act 3 | Procedurally generated Frontier system | To be added during Early Access |
The player commands the forces of Titan, one of the nine factions in Falling Frontier. The campaign begins with Titan resisting Mars's attempts to extend its dominance over Saturn's moon. As the campaign progresses through the Sol system and into the Frontier, the player contends with all nine factions vying for territory and access to the Frontier's resources.

Act 1 and Act 2 take place within the Sol system, starting around Saturn. Act 3 shifts to a procedurally generated Frontier star system beyond Sol, broadening the scope of the conflict. The Forge, an asteroid cluster, is one of the named locations shown in the first reveal of campaign gameplay. Official material covering the campaign's opening describes the Pinnacle returning for resupply after a diplomatic mission to Ganymede, and walks through the early chapters in order: docking the ship, a storm, a search and rescue operation, and the arrival of the threat that sets the act in motion.
Saturn's moons feature as distinct locations in the opening chapters. Enceladus appears as a colonised moon with its own shipyards, and Tethys is named nearby. Objectives during this stage of the campaign are issued by sector, with the Saturn sector named directly in an operations report. The in-game calendar runs from January 2545, and named Titan vessels such as the TDF York and the TDF Fitzroy operate in the region.
