Sound carries a lot of weight in Dust Front RTS, a game built on artillery barrages, grinding armour and collapsing concrete. The developer has released part of the score publicly and has credited every composer who has worked on the project's trailers. This page collects what has been published about the game's music and its spoken audio. For the language options themselves, see Release and Platforms.
The Original Soundtrack
The game has an original soundtrack credited to the composer EDLISE. Three tracks from it were published on the developer's own channel in the days around the demo release in June 2026, gathered together in a dedicated soundtrack playlist. The developer states that the rights to the music belong to the project.
Track | Length | Published |
|---|---|---|
Machinery Force | About 4 minutes 52 seconds | June 13, 2026 |
Escalation | About 5 minutes 37 seconds | June 14, 2026 |
Industrial Mind | About 5 minutes 39 seconds | June 15, 2026 |
The three titles track the game's own vocabulary closely. Industrial Mind and Machinery Force sit with the over-industrialised Factions of the setting, while Escalation shares its name with the Robotic Escalation. Only these three have been published so far; the developer has not said how large the finished score will be.
Composers Credited on the Trailers
The trailers have been scored by different people over the years, and the developer has credited each of them by name in the release notes for the video concerned.
Work | Credited to |
|---|---|
The 2023 store trailer | Roman Levin |
The 2025 trailer | Max Antonov, who works under the name Maxergun |
The 2026 demo announcement trailer | Maya Sopunova |
The published soundtrack tracks | EDLISE |
Earlier on, when asked who had composed the music for the trailer, the developer answered that the composer had no open portfolio to point to and that he would add a credit as soon as one existed. The named credits above followed later.
Not every piece of music published alongside the game was written for it. The 2026 destruction showcase, the video demonstrating how buildings and ground come apart under fire, is set to two existing tracks by the artist zeNate, and the developer credits them as music used in that video rather than as music composed for the project. Only the trailer scores and the published soundtrack listed above were made for the game itself.
Voice and Spoken Audio
The game is offered in English and Russian, and both are listed with full audio, meaning the interface and the voice work are available in each. Russian is the source language for the game's text, and the English version is translated from it.
The demo shipped before that work was finished. The developer described it as a finished demo apart from some aspects of localisation, voiceover and ability icons, and said the voiceover would be included in the release version. In the demo the on-screen text is fully localised into English while the spoken audio is not yet complete.
Within a battle, events on the ground are relayed by a commander figure, described further under World and Setting, so voice lines carry mission information rather than only atmosphere.
Audio Options
The demo's store listing advertises custom volume controls among its accessibility options, alongside camera comfort, adjustable difficulty, a mouse-only option and play without timed input. That is the only audio setting confirmed so far. No mixer breakdown, subtitle option or audio-cue accessibility feature has been published, and this page does not assume any. For the wider control and interface options, see Controls and Interface.
What Is Not Known
No soundtrack release has been announced as a separate product, no track list for the full game has been given, and no release date attaches to any of this: the game itself is still to be announced. Anything beyond the three published tracks and the trailer credits above has not been stated.
