Press R1 while in Focus Mode to deploy a sentinel that temporarily assists you in combat. The sentinel provides defensive support, helping to block or deflect incoming attacks.
Shield Sentinel is the defensive counterpart to Blade Sentinel. Deploy it during Focus Mode to gain a temporary defensive ally that absorbs some incoming damage. It is especially useful when fighting multiple enemies, as the sentinel can draw aggro while you focus on priority targets.
