Raging Lightning Proficiency is a melee combat skill in Crimson Desert, exclusive to Oongka. It belongs to the Stamina (Blue) branch of the skill tree. Increase the movement distance during Raging Lightning, letting you cover more ground while spinning. Cost: 30 Stamina.

Raging Lightning Proficiency increases the movement distance covered during Oongka's Raging Lightning attack. The base Raging Lightning is a spinning assault that moves Oongka forward while dealing damage in a whirlwind. With Proficiency active, the forward distance is extended, allowing Oongka to cover more ground while spinning and hit more enemies in his path.
The skill costs 30 Stamina and is unlocked at Raging Lightning Level 2. It is activated with Hold R1 + X on PlayStation or Hold RB + A on Xbox controllers.
The extended range makes Raging Lightning Proficiency excellent for gap closing. Use it to charge across the battlefield into clusters of enemies.
When paired with Dual Wielding Mastery and a greathammer off-hand, the increased Raging Lightning damage combined with the extended distance makes this a devastating advancing attack.
The 30 Stamina cost is moderate, but repeated use in succession will drain Stamina quickly. Pace your usage in longer fights.
Use the extended distance to reposition during boss fights, spinning through the boss's attacks while dealing damage along the way.
Practice using Raging Lightning Proficiency against weaker enemies before relying on it in boss fights.
