Overview

Pale Predator's Leather Gloves are legendary gloves in Crimson Desert obtained as a reward for defeating the White Scaled Crocodile, one of the 24 legendary animals in the game. The gloves are crafted from the hide of the legendary white crocodile and feature hardened white scales on the back of the hand. They are notable for their combination of high attack, critical rate, and lightning resistance, making them a strong choice for offensive builds.

How to Obtain

The Pale Predator's Leather Gloves drop from the White Scaled Crocodile, a legendary predator found in the jungle east of Demeniss, near the Red River. The crocodile lurks in the jungle waterways of the Demeniss region. To reveal its location on the map, defeat Black Fang and use Leebur's Soul from your inventory.

Because the White Scaled Crocodile is a predator, it appears as a red dot on your minimap when you are within detection range. The crocodile is large and aggressive, so approach with caution.

Defeating the White Scaled Crocodile

The White Scaled Crocodile is a large, tough legendary predator with heavy-hitting bite and tail swipe attacks. It has a substantial health pool and can deal significant damage in a single strike.

• Fire damage: As with all animals, fire is extremely effective. Fire attacks cause the crocodile to drop and roll, providing free damage windows.

• Avoid the front: The crocodile's bite attack has massive damage. Stay to the side or behind it whenever possible.

• Watch for tail swipes: The tail swipe covers a wide arc behind the crocodile. Time your dodges carefully.

• Bring healing: Stock up on Braised Meat before the fight. The crocodile hits hard enough that even well-geared players need recovery items.

Stats and Upgrades

At base level, the Pale Predator's Leather Gloves provide 1 Defense and 9 Attack with Critical Rate Lv. 2 and Lightning Resistance Lv. 1. When fully upgraded, these values increase to 18 Defense and 29 Attack with Critical Rate Lv. 3. The high attack stat at max upgrade makes these gloves some of the strongest offensive hand armor in the game.

The gloves come at Refinement 6, a very high upgrade tier that is rare among equipment drops. This means they can be enhanced further through the enchantment system and can accept Abyss Gear sockets for additional effects. The movement speed bonus comes from socketing an appropriate Abyss Gear, making these gloves versatile for builds that value both damage and mobility.
