Overview

The Kylus Spear is a long polearm that excels at keeping enemies at a distance classified as a two-handed weapon in Crimson Desert. It has a base Attack Power of 13 and an Attack Speed bonus at Level 1.

The Kylus Spear occupies both hand slots, preventing the use of an off-hand item. In exchange, two-handed weapons generally provide higher raw damage output. Players can further customize its performance through the Refining System and by socketing Abyss Cores into its available slots.

Spears are commonly found as drops from polearm-wielding enemies, sold at weapon shops, or discovered in world loot containers.

Tips

The Attack Speed bonus helps offset the naturally slower swing speed of two-handed weapons. The Kylus Spear can hit more frequently than other weapons in its class, giving it a distinct advantage in extended fights. Pair it with Abyss Cores that add raw damage or elemental effects.
