Overview

The Dewhaven Shield is a shield in Crimson Desert that offers a well-rounded stat profile with DEF 6, Attack Speed Lv.1, and Movement Speed Lv.1.

It is obtained as a drop from enemies in the Sanctum of Absolution, making it a mid-to-late game shield that rewards players for tackling sanctum challenges.

How to Obtain

The Dewhaven Shield can be dropped from enemies defeated in the Sanctum of Absolution. It is not available for purchase from merchants and cannot be crafted at a Blacksmith. Players must clear enemies within the sanctum and hope for the drop, as loot in sanctums is partly random.

Core Slots

The 2 core slots allow customization with Abyss Cores to tailor the shield's bonuses to specific combat situations or builds. Players might consider slotting defensive cores for additional survivability or utility cores that complement the shield's strengths. Cores can be embedded or removed through a witch NPC at no cost, making experimentation easy.
