Casted Shadow is the 59th main quest in Crimson Desert and the final quest of Chapter 4, "The Price of Knowledge." After the events inside the Abyss Rift, Dean Grundir reflects on what happened and shares his belief that the rift-maker is responsible for the unfolding catastrophe. Kliff then returns to Howling Hill to regroup with the Greymanes. The quest wraps up the chapter through cutscenes and a brief travel sequence.

Return to Howling Hill
This happens automatically via a cutscene that triggers after the previous quest completes. Grundir, the Dean of Scholastone Institute, discusses the encounter with the otherworldly being in the Abyss. He becomes convinced that the rift-maker is the catalyst behind the crisis and urges caution going forward.
After the cutscene, you need to travel back to Howling Hill (the Greymane camp). The fastest method is to open the sky map (R3), fast travel to the Abyss marker, and skydive down to the camp location.
Enter the black main tent at Howling Hill. A final cutscene plays, concluding Chapter 4. The Greymanes now have a deeper understanding of the Abyss and its dangers. The group discusses their next move as political tensions continue to build.
You receive 10x Honey Tea, a consumable food item that restores health. Keep these for tough fights in the chapters ahead.

Chapter 5, "Guest Unbidden," picks up with political intrigue as uninvited guests arrive at Howling Hill. See Chapter 5: Guest Unbidden Walkthrough for the full walkthrough.
Use the sky map fast travel (R3) to skydive back to Howling Hill. Riding a horse from Scholastone takes much longer.
The Honey Tea reward stacks with other food items. Use them alongside your standard healing supplies.
Before starting Chapter 5, consider revisiting any uncompleted side quests or faction quests in the Hernand region.
