Where To Find It
Fentuft is listed in 1 habitat. Which creatures actually appear also depends on weather, time of day, and local phenomena, so a listed habitat is where to look rather than a guarantee.

Trait
Every Aniimo carries a passive Trait that is always active while it fights alongside a Pathfinder.
Trait | Effect |
|---|---|
Thunderbond | When this Aniimo's attack hits a target, it gains 1 stack of [Thunderbond]. At 30 stacks, it enters the [Thunderwing Stance] when using its next skill or Ultimate. Lasts 10s. |
Traversal
The index grades three traversal capabilities, Climb, Fly and Swim, from level 1 to level 3. A Pathfinder inherits them by Twining with the creature, so Fentuft is worth keeping for how it gets you across the map as well as for what it does in a fight.
Capability | Grade |
|---|---|
Fly | Level 1 |
Mobility
Scurry is a named Mobility action used while Twined. It provides a short forward dash and is separate from the combat-skill loadout and graded traversal capabilities.
Ability | Effect |
|---|---|
Scurry | Rushes forward a short distance. |
Skills
The table lists Fentuft's two combat moves and its innate ranged attack. Choose two combat skills for the build. Power is the published damage figure and Cost is the resource required.
Skill | Type | Power | Cost | Effect |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Thunder Field | Combat | 1 | 20 | Generates a thunder field that keeps following the target. Targets within the thunder field that receive a Lightning attack will be hit by an additional Lightning attack and be inflicted with a Lightning Debuff. The thunder field lasts for 8s. |
Lightning Dart | Combat | 50 | 20 | Launches a lightning dart at the target, dealing damage to all targets along the way while drawing them closer. |
ATK | Innate | 6 | 0 | Wields the power of lightning to attack targets from a distance. |
Driftwise Meadow searches and evolution
Look around the Driftwise Meadow fast-travel point and the surrounding fields, including the groups beside Plateau Nimbi. A level disadvantage can make the roaming encounters harder to catch.
Starting Aniimo | Result | Level | Materials | Unlock |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Fentuft | 42 | 3 Roar Stones | Swap an Aniimo with a friend once to unlock the branch. |
Complete one Aniimo swap with a friend before choosing the Fenmane branch.
Combat choices and work
Thunder Field follows its target for eight seconds, allowing Lightning attacks to trigger the extra hit and debuff while the target remains inside. Lightning Dart travels through enemies and draws them together. Scurry is a short forward Mobility action while Twined, separate from the graded Fly capability.
Native combat choices | Innate attack | Homeland work |
|---|---|---|
Thunder Field; Lightning Dart | Magical, ranged basic attack | Hauling 1; Lightning 1 |
