The Veluxity Zone is Nova City's thrill district and the counterweight to Downtown. Both were published as official location pages on August 25, 2026 alongside the Gamescom 2026 launch-date announcement.
The official description sets Veluxity against the rest of the city directly: it is a far cry from the neat and tidy rows of shops elsewhere, and it exists for visitors looking for excitement. Two activities are named outright, street racing and fight clubs, with the caveat that the thrills are there if you dare. The copy closes by asking what life is without a bit of danger.
That gives the district two confirmed activity types that connect to systems the wiki already covers. Street racing sits alongside Vehicles and the driving material shown in trailers, and fight clubs give the Combat System a non-story venue.
Group | Role | What is known |
|---|---|---|
Local power | Described as the top dogs of Veluxity; their engines announce them before they are seen | |
Conglomerate | Present through construction sites and real estate agencies; the largest conglomerate in Nova City | |
Arms | Unclear | Named in the district material with a line of dialogue about being available for whatever you need, and about his hands not being for sale |

The three read as a hierarchy of a kind. ParaBoar controls the street, Reign Group owns the ground underneath it, and Arms is the individual operating between them. None of those relationships have been stated outright, so the wiki records the three separately.

Whether ParaBoar is an antagonist faction the player fights, a group to join, or both.
What Arms sells and whether he is a vendor.
How the district relates to the Crime System and to wanted-level behaviour.
