Downtown is one of two Nova City districts given an official location page when the ANANTA site was rebuilt on August 25, 2026. It is the district the game frames as its social centre, and its description is the clearest statement so far of the tone Nova City is going for.

The Setting
The official copy opens as an invitation: somewhere to spend a bright afternoon, or somewhere quiet to catch up with old friends. It says the district has a destination tailored to every visitor, and that newcomers need not feel out of place, because the citizens all recognise one universal truth, which is that nobody knows anybody.
The description then turns that anonymity into the district's actual subject. Everyone is focused on the same things: the brightest screen, the priciest store, the hottest band. That is the Social Media Influence System expressed as a place. Downtown is where attention is the local currency, which makes it the natural home for the influencer identity the game is built around.
Named Entities
Name | What is known |
|---|---|
Victor | Named as a Downtown entity; no description has been published |
Frank Forker | Named alongside Victor in the Downtown material; no description has been published |
Both names appear in the district's faction slot rather than in prose, so it is not clear whether they are individuals, a business, or a group. The wiki records the names without assigning them roles.
Relationship to the Rest of Nova City
Downtown sits alongside Veluxity Zone as the two Nova City districts with published location pages, and the pair are written as opposites. Downtown is polished and social; Veluxity is described as a far cry from the neat and tidy rows of shops in the city. Other Nova City areas the wiki already covers, including Delirium Block and Dream Garden, came from earlier material and have not been folded into the new district structure.
The activities the game lists for its living world, including cinemas, arcades, cat cafés, restaurants, and clothing stores, fit Downtown's description most directly. See City Life for the full published list.
