Ananta has not yet launched globally. This page includes details from official posts, developer interviews, hands-on previews, and the January 2026 Closed Beta Test as of February 22, 2026. System requirements listed here come from early builds and may be optimized before the final release.
Confirmed platforms
Ananta has been confirmed for the following platforms:
PC: Via a dedicated launcher. As of this writing, the game has not been confirmed for Steam or the Epic Games Store. The CBT1 and TGS 2025 demo both used a standalone launcher.
PlayStation 5: Confirmed since the original Project Mugen reveal at Gamescom 2023.
iOS: Mobile version confirmed.
Android: Mobile version confirmed.
Uncertain and unconfirmed platforms
PlayStation 4: Some sources from the original announcement listed PS4 as a target platform. More recent materials have been inconsistent, with some dropping PS4 from the platform list. Its status is uncertain.
Xbox: Xbox (Series X|S or otherwise) has not been confirmed. This is a notable omission given the game's scope and multiplatform ambitions. The official website includes an "and more..." placeholder, which some have interpreted as leaving the door open for future platform announcements.
Nintendo Switch 2: Not mentioned in any official communications.
Cross-save
Cross-save and account linking across platforms have been promised by the developer. This means progress made on PC should carry over to mobile and console versions (and vice versa). The specific implementation details, such as whether cross-play (playing together across different platforms simultaneously) is also supported, have not been clarified.
PC system requirements
Two sets of PC specifications have been shared: one from the TGS 2025 demo and one from the January 2026 Closed Beta Test. Both represent pre-release builds and may not reflect final optimization.
TGS 2025 specifications
Minimum: NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB, 16 GB RAM, Intel i5-9400F or AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
Recommended: NVIDIA RTX 3080, 32 GB RAM, Intel i7-12700K or AMD Ryzen 9 9900X
CBT1 specifications (January 2026)
RAM: 16 GB
VRAM: 8 GB
CPU: Intel i7-10700
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3060
Storage: 60 GB SSD recommended
The CBT1 specs appear to represent a practical minimum rather than a lowest-possible-settings floor. The TGS recommended specs (RTX 3080, 32 GB RAM) give a better picture of what hardware is needed to run the game at its intended visual quality, including ray-traced reflections.
Storage requirements
Full install size has been reported at 233 to 250 GB at the largest configuration. A low-texture option can reduce the footprint to approximately 150 to 180 GB. These are the largest reported figures from early builds. Optimization before launch could reduce these numbers, but even the low-texture option is substantial.
The CBT1 build contained only a portion of the full game content, so the final install will be considerably larger than whatever the beta required.
Performance technologies
Ananta supports NVIDIA DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation on RTX 50 series GPUs, along with ray-traced reflections. The game runs on a heavily optimized version of the Unity engine. Whether AMD FSR or Intel XeSS upscaling alternatives will be supported has not been confirmed.
Mobile considerations
Specific mobile hardware requirements (minimum iOS version, Android chipset, RAM) have not been published. Given the PC specs and the game's visual fidelity, mobile versions will likely require recent flagship or high-end mid-range devices. Whether the mobile version will feature reduced visual settings, smaller initial downloads, or asset streaming is unknown.
