1 revisionsJuno can collect ingredients, seasonings, and essences by interacting with or destroying environmental objects scattered through the world. After a short rest at a Waysprout or cooking pot, these objects respawn so the harvest can be repeated.
Most forageable objects can be destroyed from a distance using ranged attacks. Essences are picked up automatically when the source is destroyed at range, but other items drop as physical pickups, so Juno still has to walk to their resting spot to collect them.
A few sources are spread out in clusters, letting Juno harvest several at once. Others sit alone in out-of-the-way spots and tend to drop multiple items in a single interaction to compensate.
Object | Location | Drops |
|---|---|---|
Pullu Sprout | Pullu Essence (often) | |
Garrot Plant | Garrot | |
Ring Herb Bloom | Ring Herb (often) | |
Nyx River Fern | Fern Essence (often) | |
Tete Nest | Tete Egg, two to three per nest | |
Prapple Tree | Prapple, five to eight per tree | |
Scorchili Plant | Scorchili seasoning, two to four per plant | |
Carota Growth | Carota Essence (often) | |
Aether Trial Vase | Shard of Order (sometimes) |
Mark spots that drop rarer Tete Eggs and Ring Herbs. Their respawn timer ties to short rests, so a quick stop at a Waysprout refills the route.
Ranged sweeps with Bogha Solas or Fain Solas clear the bigger Prapple Trees and Scorchili Plants from a distance, saving travel time.
Carota Growths and Pullu Sprouts share the corrupted look of Nyx plants. Their essences are different, so harvest both rather than guessing.
