11Spacetime Rift: Domination is a large faction battle that opened on the Korean service on September 2, 2026. The two factions split into an attacking side and a defending side and fight over strongholds in Verteron or Altgard, reached through the Spacetime Rifts. NCsoft's Korean preview of Chapter 1. Lands of Sand and Snow described it as a large-scale mode in which Elyos and Asmodians split into attack and defense teams and carry out set missions.223-NCsoft's English announcement of the Chapter 1 lineup, published on June 17, 2026, lists the mode under this name alongside Chaotic Upper Reshanta, Battlefield: Siege and Outlands. As of October 2, 2026, NCsoft has not said whether or when it comes to the global servers.3+NCsoft's English announcement of the Chapter 1 lineup, published on June 17, 2026, lists the mode under this name alongside Chaotic Upper Reshanta, Battlefield: Siege and Outlands. Each group held five strongholds at launch and has held four since September 9, 2026.A stronghold falls when all three Monoliths in and around it are destroyed. At launch the attackers won by taking three of the five and the defenders by holding the majority until time ran out; since September 9, 2026 the attackers need three of the four. After the preparation window a dedicated PvP state switches on, so participants can only fight each other. Field guards can still attack participants, and players can choose to show every participant with a unified nameplate and appearance. The attacking side gets its own Kisk. Anyone can register at it regardless of party or force, and it holds more players than a Legion Kisk.Contribution comes from destroying Monoliths, killing stronghold guards and killing enemy players. Rewards are paid by contribution ranking per class, to players above a minimum contribution.Kills in the battle do not count toward field achievements or Rift kill missions; the mode has its own season missions.11111212Changes Since Launch131314-DateChangeSeptember 4, 2026Participant limits changed to 25 to 500 per side; fixed Monoliths remaining after the battle endedSeptember 9, 2026Strongholds per group cut from five to four, with the attackers needing three of four. Battle length cut from 25 to 15 minutes. Flight time consumed while taking part halved. Contribution limited for repeatedly killing the same character, and assist contribution slightly reduced. Attackers who return from their home server through the HUD teleport button get brief invincibility, and arrival points moved closer to the active strongholds. Defenders get a warning when their stronghold is attacked, rewards can be checked in advance, and PvP damage amplification now applies at a set ratio against Monoliths and guards.14+DateChangeSeptember 4, 2026Participant limits changed to 25 to 500 per side; fixed Monoliths remaining after the battle endedSeptember 9, 2026Strongholds per group cut from five to four, with the attackers needing three of four. The Stronghold names in each group are listed on Strongholds and Sealed Dungeons.16+17+What the Guidebook Says18+19+The official guidebook's Spacetime Rift page, updated September 23, 2026, describes the mode with the September 9 and 23 changes in place: a 15-minute battle, flight time consumed halved, movement outside the battle area restricted, and the battlefield buff (전장의 권능; no official English name yet) applied while taking part. It still gives the launch population of 60 to 200 per side, which the temporary maintenance of September 4, 2026 had changed to 25 to 500, and says players can join during the 15 minutes the portal stays open, where the launch note said ten minutes. It also lists where the dedicated Kisk is sold: from general goods merchants and the Wind Breeze Merchants shop.20+1521Related Pages16221723Spacetime RiftsBattlegroundsVerteronAltgardLegions
