Added Valhalla Protocol guide for the October 2026 release
Valhalla Protocol is the Tactical Simulation driving Activity released for 007 First Light on October 1, 2026 with the free Extended Operations update. It gives the Aston Martin Valhalla four missions on Slovakia's mountain roads, with day and night conditions.
Feature | Released description |
|---|---|
Mode | TacSim Activity. |
Location | Mountains of Slovakia. |
Missions | Four, with day and night settings. |
Armaments | Machine guns and missile launchers. |
Objectives | Take down targets while pursuing time bonuses and high scores. |
The car's armaments are part of the driving activity: players take down targets while racing through the mission and building a score. The published description gives time bonuses and high scores as the scoring goals. It does not provide individual mission names, a score formula, target counts or exact time limits, so those values are not invented here.
This Activity is distinct from the campaign's scripted vehicle scenes and from the DBS chase against 009 in Slovakia. The Vehicles page preserves those campaign roles. The June Year One announcement and menu teaser previewed a Valhalla course; the released October content is the named Activity covered here.
Update 1.3.1 repaired enemy vehicles jittering, clipping into Bond's car and spinning their wheels when blocked from the front. That is a specific collision repair for Valhalla Protocol.
The same hotfix repaired TacSim disconnections that could prevent a final score from reaching the online leaderboards when server updates were deployed at the moment a mission was completed. Valhalla Protocol is named as an example of the affected TacSim completion. The notes do not establish a new offline leaderboard, reward price or campaign unlock condition. Tactical Simulation Mode covers the broader online replay system.
