Editions and Pre-Order Bonuses covers the retail editions, the pre-order Deluxe upgrade, and the early-access window for 007 First Light. IO Interactive sells the game in four editions: Standard, Specialist, Collector's, and Legacy. Every edition includes the same complete single-player campaign, and no story content is locked behind a paid tier. The differences are physical collectibles and cosmetic in-game items.

Pre-ordering any edition grants the Deluxe upgrade for free. The Deluxe upgrade is a content pack, not a separate edition, so it stacks on top of whichever edition is purchased. It bundles cosmetic items that do not change gameplay or stats.

Pre-ordering a digital edition unlocks 24-hour early access ahead of the May 27, 2026 launch date. Early access is tied to the digital pre-order specifically; physical editions ship for the standard launch date. The early-access window applies to PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, the three platforms launching on May 27, 2026. The Nintendo Switch 2 version arrives later, in Summer 2026.
Everything that varies between editions and in the Deluxe upgrade is cosmetic or a physical collectible. Outfits, weapon skins, and gadget skins change appearance only; they do not alter weapon damage, gadget behavior, or any in-game stat. This mirrors how cosmetic unlocks work in Tactical Simulation Mode, where Clearance Level progression and Intel currency unlock further outfits and skins after launch.
All editions contain the full campaign; buying up the edition ladder adds collectibles and cosmetics, never story content.
The Legacy edition's Golden Gun replica is the headline collectible and is produced in limited quantities through the official store.
Pre-order bonuses and edition contents are confirmed for the launch window and may be expanded by IO Interactive closer to or after release.
