The Simple White Flagpole is a Simple-tier banner decoration, a wooden pole flying a white flag. It is one of seven color options in the Simple flagpole line, all sharing the same recipe and stats so the choice between them is purely aesthetic. Like every Banners piece it contributes to your base Comfort and is built on land within your camp.
Works only within the Bonfire range.
Comfort +1 Comfort bonuses in this category do not stack.

This piece counts as a Comfort System decoration in the Flag subcategory. Comfort is scored once per subcategory rather than per item, so placing several flag pieces still grants the same +1 to your base. The note that bonuses in this category do not stack refers to that rule: extra copies add nothing to Comfort, they are purely cosmetic.
To take effect the decoration must sit inside the Bonfire radius shown in the build menu; anything placed outside that ring is ignored. Every point of Comfort lengthens the Rested buff by one minute, and that buff grants faster stamina regeneration while it lasts. Your flagship automatically inherits the Comfort level of your strongest Bonfire, so a well decorated base also benefits you at sea.
