Works only within the range of a fueled Bonfire. Placed outside that radius it gives no Comfort and decays over time.

Grants +1 Comfort in the Flag category. Bonuses inside one Comfort System category do not stack, so a single flagpole is enough and extra Comfort comes from mixing other furniture types.

Survivor Flagpole Colors

The Simple Red Flagpole is one colour in the survivor flagpole line, all of which are taught by the Decoration: Survivor's Flagpoles plan and share the same recipe and +1 Flag comfort. The other colours are the Simple Blue Flagpole, Simple Green Flagpole, Simple Orange Flagpole, Simple Purple Flagpole, Simple White Flagpole and Simple Black Flagpole. Colour is purely cosmetic, so pick whichever suits your base; for a full overview of banner options see Flagpoles and Banners.

Each flagpole costs 5 Wood, 2 Rope and 2 Coarse Fabric, making it a cheap way to add a Flag comfort bonus once the plan is learned.
