Pastechi

Corrected the buff to Maximum Health plus 5 Mastery to match in-game data, added the missing Tomato to the Game Data ingredient list, repaired run-together words and dangling phras
Pastechi is an Uncommon-tier cooked dish in Windrose. A savory fried corn-dough pastry stuffed with spiced meat and tomato, modelled on a real-world appetizer from Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao. It increases Maximum Health and grants +5 Mastery for 15 minutes, so it both raises survivability and adds critical hit chance from a single farmable dish.

Cornmeal is produced from Corn at a Millstone, so a Pastechi production line assumes the player has a Millstone placed and Corn coming in from the Foothills. A few in-game recipe listings show only Meat and Cornmeal, but the build also consumes 2 Tomato, which is what this article reflects.
Meat: a generic wildlife drop, primarily from boars and sows in the Coastal Jungle.
Tomato: a Foothills crop, grown from seeds at a Seedbed or gathered from ruins.
Pastechi is the farmable Max-HP Uncommon dish, a reliable and renewable source of survivability once the player has both crop farms and a steady Meat supply. Because it also carries +5 Mastery, it pairs well with a second food that boosts a different stat (for example, Spicy Skewered Crab for +5 Strength or Coconut Soup for +5 Agility), letting the player run two complementary buffs at once. See Cooking for the two-food-slot stacking rule.
Per its in-game item description, Pastechi is "fried corn dough with a meat filling, a traditional appetizer on the islands of Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao." The real-world pastechi is a Dutch Caribbean empanada variant; the in-game recipe keeps the tomato-spiced filling traditional to those islands.
Pastechi sits in the Uncommon tier. An earlier version of this page listed it as Common; current in-game data confirms the Uncommon classification, consistent with its 15-minute buff and Cooking Fire requirement.
