Like all Rare and Uncommon armor, Flibustier's Boots has three crafting tiers that set its base Defense. Each tier can be upgraded several more levels at the Upgrading Station using the same recipe materials.

Each tier unlocks a new workshop attachment: the Shoemaker's Bench at ilvl 6 and the Material Rack at ilvl 11. Both attach to the Armor and Clothing Workshop and require its Bonfire coverage to function.
Flibustier's Boots counts toward the Flibustier's Attire 5-piece set. Set bonuses apply globally once the stated number of pieces are equipped at the same time.
