Brig on a Stand is a ship-model decoration in Windrose, a crafted miniature of the Brig mounted on a display stand. It is a member of the Ship Models decoration family and provides a small Comfort bonus when placed inside the range of a Bonfire.

Overview

Decorations raise the Comfort rating of a base, and a higher Comfort total improves the rested bonuses your crew gains there. Brig on a Stand counts toward the Miniatures comfort category. Like other decorations, it only contributes while it sits within a Bonfire range, and bonuses inside the same category do not stack, so a second Miniatures piece will not add a further point.

It is one of three ship miniatures on a stand. The matching Frigate on a Stand and Ketch on a Stand use the same comfort category, so mix and match them for looks rather than for extra Comfort.

Tips

• Place Brig on a Stand near your Bonfire so it actually contributes its Comfort point. A decoration set down outside the radius is purely visual.

• Both ingredients are cheap mid-tier materials. Hardwood comes from harvesting tougher trees and Linen Fabric is woven from plant fiber, so a single gathering run yields several models.

• To raise Comfort further, combine it with decorations from other categories rather than stacking more Miniatures, since same-category bonuses do not add up.
