Where to Find

Bezoars drop from goats that graze on Foothills islands, typically on the elevated high-ground pastures rather than the coast. A given Foothills trip will usually have several goats within a short walk of each other, which makes stationary farming viable once you have cleared the surrounding predators.

There are two distinct tiers of goat source:

• Regular goats (including Mountain Goat herds) drop Bezoar as a chance loot roll. Most hunts net at least one per cluster, but dry streaks happen; bring enough arrows or ammunition to clear several before calling it a bad run.

• Goat leaders are the larger boss-tier goats that anchor specific pastures. They are meaningfully tougher than a regular goat, but they also drop the trophy Head of a Mountain Goat Leader alongside their Bezoar, which makes them the reliable pick when you need a specific number of Bezoars for an alchemy recipe.

Both sources feed the same Bezoar stack, so mixed hunts (regular goats on the way in, leader at the end) work well as a single round trip. Common recipe consumers include Elixir of Concentration and Elixir of Pain Relief.
