The Basket of Corn is a placeable decoration in Windrose, presented as a strategic reserve, essential during storms and sieges. It belongs to the Supplies group of comfort decorations. Like the other comfort pieces it is decorative: it raises the comfort level of a base rather than acting as a usable food store.
It works only within Bonfire range. Placed outside the radius of a fueled Bonfire it provides no comfort and decays over time, so set it down inside a settled base.
It grants Comfort +1. Comfort bonuses in this category do not stack, so a second Supplies-category piece adds nothing further. Mix one item from each decoration category to raise the overall comfort tier; the Comfort System page covers how the per-category caps combine.
