Music is a stated priority for Stellar Blade: BLOOD RAIN, carrying over an emphasis the first game was known for. Two tracks from the reveal trailer have been released in full, and an original song written for Evie followed a few weeks later. No full soundtrack listing has been published.
Released Tracks

Youngjee Lee is credited as a SHIFT UP staff composer on both trailer tracks, with Aejin Kwon credited alongside on "Make Up My Mind". No composer credit was published for "Wanna be in LOVE", and that video carries a generative-AI disclosure covering its sounds or visuals; the circumstances around it are covered on Marketing and Promotion.
Direction
Kim Hyung-tae has described the goal as music that fits each situation rather than a conventional standalone soundtrack. As in the first game, the team is building devices into the world itself so players come across different tracks naturally while exploring rather than only hearing them in scripted moments. He has said the studio intends the music to match or improve on the first game's, framing it as an element that moves emotion rather than decoration.

How that plays out in the city is covered on World and Setting, and the audio side of fighting, including the studio's emphasis on readable feedback during exchanges, is covered on Combat.
What Is Not Yet Confirmed
There is no announced soundtrack release, no track list, no confirmed audio director, and no information on vocal performers or on whether the first game's composers return. Language and voice-acting options have not been detailed either. Only the three tracks above have been published.
