Where to find Hydrangeas

There are four known Hydrangea colors in Starsand Island. Two of them can be harvested in the wild, and the other two come from NPC gifts. You need an Axe to harvest flower nodes.

Harvest locations (Blue and Light Blue Hydrangeas):

• Moonlit Forest (portal behind your home, between your plot and the road).

• Cloud Rest Lake (north of Starsand Town center).

• Bastrom Heights (north of Starsand Town center).

• Flower Corridor (above Green Pasture Ranch and the Exploration Club).

Blue and Light Blue Hydrangeas grow on the same plant. They are available in abundance at all four locations during Summer and Autumn.

All Hydrangea colors

• Blue Hydrangea: Harvest from the Moonlit Forest, Cloud Rest Lake, Bastrom Heights, or the Flower Corridor. Also gifted randomly by NPCs.

• Light Blue Hydrangea: Same harvest locations as Blue. Also gifted by NPCs.

• Pink Hydrangea: Only obtained as NPC gifts. Any NPC can give one at any affection level.

• Purple Hydrangea: Only obtained as NPC gifts. Any NPC can give one at any affection level.

NPCs tend to gift Hydrangeas during the first conversation of the day. There does not seem to be a fixed schedule for when they hand one over.

Uses

Hydrangeas are useful as gifts for raising Affection with NPCs. Blue Hydrangea is a liked gift for Zerine, Pastelle, Delphin, and Sylvain, among others. They can also be sold, though the sell price is low compared to crops.

The Moonlit Forest also has Sleep Lily flowers in three colors (Blue, Red, Yellow) near the Mural Valley waterfall, which are separate from Hydrangeas.
