Beef is a premium raw meat in Starsand Island, obtained from Cows raised at your ranch. Among the four meat types (Pork, Mutton, Fowl, and Beef), it is the most expensive to purchase and is used in several high-value cooking recipes. Beef can also be processed into Meat Bites at the Separator.
Ranching: Raise Cows on your farm. Cows are one of the staple livestock species and produce Beef when fed daily, along with Milk and Fur.
Zerine's General Store: Purchase Beef from Zerine's for 60 Coins per piece, making it the priciest raw meat in the shop.

Place Beef into the Separator to break it down into Meat Bites. The process takes only a few seconds. Since Beef is the most expensive raw meat to buy, processing store-bought Beef into Meat Bites is less efficient than using cheaper meats like Fowl or Pork.

Beef recipes tend to have strong stamina restoration and buffs, so they are worth cooking for exploration runs.
If you need Meat Bites on a budget, use Fowl or Pork instead of Beef since they cost less at the store.
