Ounces

Replaced non-applicable Usage Notes boilerplate with confirmed Monotype Beta sign-in figures and economy framing
Ounces are the standard base currency in Silver Palace. Unlike Reactor Crystals (which are used for gacha pulls), Ounces serve as the everyday currency for general-purpose transactions and character progression.
The specific uses of Ounces have not been extensively documented from the Monotype Beta. Based on the role of base currencies in similar action RPGs, Ounces are likely used for character leveling costs, equipment upgrades, shop purchases from in-game vendors, and other routine progression expenses. The exact list of purchasable items and upgrade costs has not been publicly confirmed.
During the Monotype Beta, players received 100,000 Ounces as a Day 1 sign-in bonus. Beyond sign-in rewards, Ounces are likely obtainable through combat encounters, quest completions, selling unwanted items, and other standard in-game activities. Whether Ounces can be purchased with real money has not been confirmed.
This article will be expanded as more information becomes available from future beta tests or official documentation. The Monotype Beta's limited duration (January 13 to 18, 2026) meant that the full currency economy could not be thoroughly explored by testers.
Beta testers reported that Ounces accumulated quickly through routine play (combat clears, daily City Roaming, exploration chests), with the 100,000-Ounce Day 1 sign-in bonus enough to cover the early progression spending of most testers without needing to grind. Pricing of upgrade materials and shop items in the live release will determine how durable that early surplus is at launch.
