Cynthia II is a 5-star Ignis character with the Witness attribute in Silver Palace. Her titles include "The Goldbud" and "Luna's Scion." She is a noble scion of House Luna, one of Silvernia's aristocratic families. The second closed beta's reward announcement lists her as the 5-star Witness "Cynthia II | Luna's Scion", one of the featured characters on its standard banners.

Appearance

Cynthia II has thick ringlet curls in an ojou-style (drill-like sidelocks). Her design emphasizes her noble upbringing with refined clothing and accessories. She carries herself with aristocratic poise.

Combat

Cynthia II specializes in fire-based support and crowd control. She manipulates fire to both damage enemies and enhance the fire damage output of her teammates. Her kit combines offensive and defensive capabilities, making her a versatile team member who can contribute to damage while also protecting allies.

She is protected by bread-shaped kitty toys that appear during her combat animations. Availability

During the Monotype Beta, Cynthia II was obtainable through the crystal exchange system. This required players to save in-game currency to purchase her, making her accessible but not free. Her 5-star rarity suggests she will be a premium character in the full release's gacha system. In the second closed beta she moved onto the standard Repertoire Beyond the Curtain and the standard Monologue Hidden Pages, recruited with Reactor Crystals, Standard Shots or Insight Shots.
