Populate Items and Equipment article with detailed tables of all capture balls, cultivation items, consumables, skill stones, flower seeds, and progression materials
Roco Kingdom: World features a wide variety of items that support spirit capture, cultivation, combat, and daily progression. This page serves as a comprehensive reference for every major item category in the game, including where to obtain each item and how to use it effectively. For information on currencies themselves, see the Resources and Currency page.
Capture balls, commonly called Gulu Balls, are the primary items used to catch wild spirits. Several types exist with different costs, capture rates, and availability restrictions.
Ball Type | Cost | Source | Daily Limit | Special Effect |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Standard Gulu Ball | 15,000 Roco Shells | Shops | None | Base capture rate |
Temperature Ball | 7,500 Roco Shells | Traveling Merchant | 100 | Half-price, same capture rate as standard |
Wonderful Ball | 7,500 Roco Shells | Traveling Merchant | 100 | Half-price, same capture rate as standard |
Royal Ball | Free | Overworld pickups (Triumph Avenue drawers, map locations) | Limited spawns | Free standard-rate capture ball |
Prism Ball (棱镜球) | Prism Shards (premium) | Stamina exchange, events, season pass | Limited per season | Guaranteed capture of colorful/prismatic spirit variants |
Rainbow Ball | Special crafting | Fated Flower Seeds + Rainbow Ball recipe | Limited | Captures spirit with guaranteed perfect nature |
The most cost-effective approach is to buy out your daily 100 Temperature Balls and 100 Wonderful Balls from the Traveling Merchant every day, then supplement with standard Gulu Balls as needed. Free Royal Balls from overworld pickups should be collected whenever you pass through areas that have them.
Cultivation items are used to optimize spirit stats through the Spirit Cultivation system. These items are among the most valuable in the game and should be used thoughtfully on spirits you plan to keep long-term.
Item | Effect | How to Obtain | Usage Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
Adaptation Keys | Reroll all aptitude values on a spirit | Weekly craft: 10 Wish Stars + 300,000 Roco Shells | Highest priority weekly craft. Use on your main team spirits first. |
Ability Keys | +1 to a single aptitude value | Events, achievement rewards, limited sources | Use to top off aptitude values that are close to perfect. |
Cracked Mirrors | Remove a nature's negative stat penalty while keeping the bonus | Weekly craft: 15 Wish Stars + 200,000 Roco Shells | Permanent upgrade. Prioritize PVP spirits. |
Bloodline Medicine | Change a spirit's bloodline type | Event rewards, rare dungeon drops | Rare and valuable. Save for spirits where bloodline change significantly impacts performance. |
Soul Ring Imprints | Used for spirit awakening (unlocks new passive abilities) | Boss drops, high-level dungeon rewards | Endgame progression material. Focus on your core PVP or PVE carry spirits. |
Magic Dust | Required for personality changes and growth enhancement | Rare Beast Flower Seeds (~10,080/season), Destiny Flower Seeds (~1,200/season) | Do not spend early. Hoard for mid/late-game optimization. |
Skill Stones are consumable items that teach a specific skill to a spirit. Each Skill Stone corresponds to a particular move, and a spirit can only learn moves that are compatible with its type or move list. Skill Stones are obtained from dungeons, shops, events, and occasionally as drops from world bosses.
Not every spirit benefits equally from Skill Stones. Before using one, check whether the skill fills a gap in the spirit's existing moveset or provides important type coverage. Skill Stones for popular competitive moves tend to be rarer and more expensive, so plan your acquisitions around your PVP team needs.
Flower seeds are planted in your Home System garden and, once harvested, produce attribute materials used for spirit cultivation. Different seed types correspond to different stat categories.
Seed Type | Produces | Source | Growth Time |
|---|---|---|---|
Standard Flower Seeds | Basic attribute materials | Shops, daily rewards | Several hours |
Rare Beast Flower Seeds | Magic Dust (up to 10,080/season) | Events, limited sources | Longer growth time |
Destiny Flower Seeds | Magic Dust (~1,200/season) + Prism Shards | Seasonal rewards | Varies |
Fated Flower Seeds | Used with Rainbow Balls for perfect-nature captures | Special events, rare sources | N/A (consumable) |
Keep your garden fully planted at all times. Even if you are not actively playing, logging in briefly to harvest and replant seeds adds up to substantial resource gains over the course of a season.
Item | Effect | How to Obtain |
|---|---|---|
Stamina Stones | Restore stamina for dungeon runs and world activities | Monthly card, events, daily login rewards |
XP Potions | Multiply experience gain from battles for a limited duration | Events, shops, achievement rewards |
Healing Items | Restore spirit HP outside of battle | Shops, NPC rewards, overworld drops |
Status Cure Items | Remove negative status effects from spirits | Shops, overworld drops |
Spirit eggs are special items that can be hatched into spirits. They are obtained from several sources:
World bosses: Defeating world bosses has a chance to drop spirit eggs, sometimes containing rare or exclusive spirits.
Map treasures: Hidden treasure chests scattered throughout the world occasionally contain spirit eggs.
Breeding: Breeding two compatible spirits produces an egg that hatches into the base form of one of the parent species.
Spirit eggs require time to hatch. The hatching period varies depending on the spirit inside, with rarer spirits generally taking longer. Keep your incubation slots active at all times to maximize your spirit collection throughput.
Item | Purpose | Where to Find |
